Christian has experience as a photographer, history teacher, and professional ballroom dancer, all of which have influenced his writing. He has travelled to and performed in many countries, and lived in Mexico for seven years. He holds degrees in Dance and History Education and added an MFA in creative writing from Full Sail University in 2016.
